For over 10 years, it has been a school tradition to have a biennial Spring Auction party. This popular event gives TRES parents an adults’ night out and helps raise funds for the PTA. We are beginning the planning process for an anticipated late April date. The event will include a catered dinner, entertainment, and silent and live auction. This is a major fundraiser and will be a lot of fun, too!
We'll need as many people as possible to pitch in to make this a success! Some event committee work includes:
Event Planning (Booking Location / Menu / Logistics)
Party (Choosing a Theme / Planning & Executing the Event / Decorations / Activities / Invitations)
Auction (Collecting & Organizing Silent and / or Live Auction Items / Class Baskets / Class Pottery)
Guest Check-In and Guest Check-Out
