Real Hero Spirit Day

The final Student Council school spirit and service day is Thursday, May 24th. To remember Memorial Day and to honor those who serve, students are asked to dress as a real hero such as a service man or woman, a police officer or firefighter as well as others who help protect us. Contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project are also being collected by homeroom teachers on May 24th as well.

Happy Ramadan to our Muslim families at TRES! Students who are fasting may come to the front office conference room during lunch if needed. Please email Dr. Tresler ( if your child would like to use the conference room during lunch on any day.

Rock Garden

Our new community painted rock garden had to be fixed this week due to damage from people stepping on the bricks. Also, we have noticed that a number of rocks are missing. Please remind your child to enjoy the rock garden without touching. Thank you for your help!

May is Mental Health Awareness month. Please reach out if you or someone you know needs help. Difficulties with social and emotional functioning, including mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts, attention, impulsivity and self-regulation problems, can sometimes interfere with children (and adults) demonstrating positive social behaviors and optimal school and/or work performance. Healthy social-emotional development benefits all children, and is linked to academic success and future achievement. Mental health conditions can begin to develop in young children and affect their well-being.

New Playground Coming to TRES
