Wednesday, August 19th, Back to School Night for All Grades (see schedule below)

5:30-6:30 p.m.:

Pre-Kindergarten- Media Center

Kindergarten- Cafeteria

First Grade- Gym

Second Grade- Classrooms

6:45-7:45 p.m.:

Third Grade- Cafeteria

Fourth Grade- Classrooms

Fifth Grade- Classrooms

Please note that Back to School Night is a program for parents.

Friday, August 21st, New Family Welcome

9:00-10:15 a.m.: New Family Welcome for Students in Grades First-Fifth: This event is for families who are brand new to TRES and have not yet had a child who has attended school at TRES. Children are encouraged to attend with parents. Please prepare your child in advance that students will be participating in a getting to know you activity with some current TRES students and teachers while parents will have an information session with the TRES administration in the cafeteria. Parents and children will be reunited at the end of the session for a school tour. New families are then welcome to stay for the open house session.

Friday, August 21st, Open House for All Grades

10:15-11:15 a.m.: This event is for children and parents to meet their teacher and you can drop off your school supplies! Due to space, parking, and time, we ask that you only visit your child’s(ren’s) new homeroom teacher, and do not visit past teachers. We also ask that you limit your visit to 15 minutes in each child’s homeroom. New and kindergarten families are welcome to stop by and meet the related arts teachers in their classrooms as well.

Please consider carpooling and/or walking when possible. Overflow parking is available at FQMS and in the field adjacent to the TRES busloop.
