Dear Retriever Families,
We are excited to share more news about our new Pre-K program at TRES this year! The TRES Pre-K program requests feedback throughout the school year to support children and families. We recently received feedback from a mid-year parent survey. Our Pre-K parents shared that they would like additional information about emotional intelligence, social interactions, and kindergarten readiness. In response to this information, we are scheduling small group and individual conferences with our Pre-K families. Overall, our parents have reported positive family engagement opportunities.
Pre-K and kindergarten enrollment for next year is open now! Please spread the word in your neighborhood! We will be sending home flyers about kindergarten enrollment and we encourage you to share with a family who may have an incoming kindergarten student beginning in August. Early enrollment helps us plan for staffing. You can learn more about getting ready for kindergarten and enrollment on the HCPSS website.
Warmly,
Dr. Tiffany TRESler, Principal TRES
Mr. Kory Hiel, Assistant Principal TRES
