Everyone visiting school, including parents joining their children for lunch, must complete the volunteer training program every year. Please read through the action steps outlined below and complete the required trainings.
How to Visit or Volunteer at TRES
- Complete the short volunteer confidentiality training here and then fill out the form linked below and bring it to school. We also have some you can complete during your first visit if you don't have access to a printer. https://www.hcpss.org/f/parents/volunteer-confidentiality-certificate.pdf
- Complete this short child abuse training here and complete the certificate linked below and bring to school (we have copies of this if needed) https://www.hcpss.org/f/parents/abuse_certificate.pdf
All visitors must check in at the front office upon arrival. You will need your drivers license to check-in.
