Notes To School

If your student will be dismissed in a manner that is different than their normal dismissal routine, please be sure to send a note that includes:  first and last name of the student, teacher name, date, reason, and a parent signature.  If you forget to send a note with your student, an email can be sent, but should be sent to your student’s homeroom teacher, as well as the front office staff (denise_snider@hcpss.org, cynthia_scholl@hcpss.org, and victoria_franke@hcpss.org).
