If you are unable to use Synergy to schedule a conference, or if you need to schedule after Feb. 11th, call the TRES front office at 410-313-2560.  As a reminder, we cannot schedule a conference for the same day that you call. If you would like to set-up a conference, we highly encourage you to plan ahead and use Synergy.
Click here for directions on how to schedule a conference in Synergy.
Please note, per teacher contract, parents are asked to adhere to the conference dates offered. Teachers should not be asked to schedule a conference during the week immediately before or after the designated conference window.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Conference Time:

  • Be on time for your conference, as they are only 15 minutes in length.  Teachers will not be able to give you additional time past your scheduled 15 minutes.
  • Be prepared: Be familiar with your child’s first quarter report card grades and recent MAP testing (1st-5th grade).
  • Respectfully bring up any questions or concerns.
  • Do not schedule sibling conferences back to back.
