Did you know that there are great HCPSS resources available to help you troubleshoot technology issues? Visit the Student Technology Canvas page to view the information that is available. 

The easiest way to find the link to Student Technology Canvas page and other technology support resources is to visit hcpss.me and scroll down to the bottom. You will see the links pictured below:

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please try the following:

  • ensure that you are on the HCPSS issued Chromebook.
  • close the browser completely and re-open.
  • make sure that your child is logged in to the Chromebook with HCPSS credentials.
  • restart the Chromebook and try again.

If you can’t enter a Google Meet and see a message that you can’t start the meeting, that means that the teacher has not yet opened the Meet. Please try again about two minutes before the start of the class.

After trying the above resources, if you are still experiencing difficulties, please call the TRES front office 8:15 a.m. - 3:50 p.m. at 410-313-2560.
