Retriever Report June 9, 2023

Fri, 06/09/2023 - 10:10am

Message from Dr. TRESler and Mrs. Moraff:

Dear Retriever Families,

Wow! It’s hard to believe that the year is almost over! We will send our end of the year message next week. It has been a busy and emotional June as we celebrated our 5th graders moving on to middle school! We enjoyed watching our kindergarteners at their end of year show! We have our annual “move up day” today where our kindergarten-fourth grade students will have the opportunity to visit the next grade and begin to get excited about the next step in their educational journeys!

TRES has some exciting projects happening over the summer that will limit access to the building past the front office area. The majority of our roof is being replaced, a portable classroom is coming, and we are converting the front rooms near kindergarten to welcome our new prekindergarten program!

Lastly, HELP WANTED! We are looking for a volunteer to help us with our TRES marquee sign near the road. The volunteer would work with admin to change out the message on the sign each month. Please email tiffany_tresler@hcpss.org if you are interested in volunteering for this job next year. We would like to thank the Bruner family for their work this past year to ensure our sign was up-to-date each month!

Warmly,
Dr. Tiffany TRESler, Principal TRES
Mrs. Heather  Moraff, Assistant Principal TRES
