TRES 25th Anniversary  Memory Book Cover Art Contest
Original student artwork for the front and back covers of the 2023-2024 Memory Book is being accepted through September 29, 2023.  Winners will be announced the last week of October. The theme for this year’s memory book is the school’s 25th anniversary and/or 25 years of belonging.  In order to be considered, artwork must meet the following criteria:

• Size 81/2 by 11
• Art should fill the entire paper or the majority of the paper
• Submissions should be original student work
• Writing should be proofread to ensure correct spelling
• Student name and teacher name should be written on the back of the submission

All entries should be turned in to the front office. Only entries that meet the criteria and theme will be considered. Questions should be directed to Dr. Tresler at tiffany_tresler@hcpss.org.

Parent Information Night for Standards Based Instruction and Reporting Pre-K - 2nd Grade Follow-Up

Beginning Monday - Students Arriving after 8:40 a.m. Must Be Signed In by Parent/Guardian.
If a student arrives late by bus, they will not be marked tardy. They will check in at the front office so their attendance can be updated. Students arriving with parents in the car loop after 8:40 a.m. must be signed in the front office by their parent/guardian.

Student Tracking Devices
We have received a number of calls from parents asking us to check if their child is at school because their tracking device can’t locate them in the building. These do not work well in our building. There are many times when we have only one secretary in the office and they are not able to leave the front office to check in the classrooms. Calling into classrooms creates a disruption to instruction. If your child does not arrive at school they will be marked absent and Synergy will automatically send you an email. If you receive an email that your child is absent and you sent your child to school, please call the front office 410-313-2560. Thank you for understanding.
